Getting your credentials
If you didn't already own your account credentials to use Arx One Backup, don't hesitate to contact us:

Usage
Your credentials will be needed for:
- Installing the backup application
- Accessing our software interface
Without it, you will not be able to install the backup agent, neither to access the backup management console.
Warning
Be careful ! Your credentials are very importants :
- They guarantee your data confidentiality.
- Without them, you won't be able to restore your data.
- We don't know your password, and you are the solely responsible for it.
Keep them carefully and protect them !
