Email Reports and Activity Log
This section of the configuration allows you to define the type of reports you want to receive from Arx One Backup.

You can enter multiple destination email addresses (one per line). Once entered, you can click the "Test" button to send a validation email.
If you do not receive the test email, there may be an issue with your network configuration (check that agent prerequisites are met) or filtering by your security services (anti-spam, antivirus, etc.).
Activity Reports
If you want to receive a report by email at the end of your backups, check the box "Send activity reports by email".
You can then choose to receive these reports:
- Always, at the end of each backup
- Only when an error occurs during the backup process
By checking "Attach backup details", an Excel file summarizing backup activity will be attached to the report. Note that Excel files are limited to 500,000 rows.
Monitoring Report
Administration Report
By checking "Send administration report", you will receive a complete activity report for your child accounts every weekday at 8:00 AM.
For proper operation of the administration report:
- The option must be enabled on the machine using your root account
- The machine must be powered on at 8:00 AM every day
Activity Log
By default, the "Log" section is collapsed. To enable the activity log, check the corresponding box after expanding the section.
