Account Not Installed

Meaning

The backup account is not associated with an agent. This is not an issue for an account used only for management purposes (reseller account, account cluster, etc.). It may also mean that an agent previously associated with the account has been uninstalled, preventing backups from running properly.

Resolution

Check the purpose of the account:

• The account is no longer needed: delete it.
• The account is intended for backup: reinstall the agent.
• The account is the parent of an account cluster with no backup purpose: ignore the error on this account.
